We’re excited to share the newest content to the TeachMate365 and AutisMate365 community library. Each scene and or support can be downloaded separately and later customized to support the needs of your learner or student.

1. Early Learning Concepts and Calendar Skills
Who is it for: Beginner and Intermediate Leaners
Targets:
• Early learning concepts of counting and ABC’s.
• Create a personalized All About Me book.
• Expose learners to days of the week and months of the year.

To Differentiate:
• For advanced learners, incorporate a visual activity schedule to promote independence during individual work times.

 

2. ADL Pillowcases and Bed
Who is it for: Advanced Learners

Targets:
• Video model story to prompt learner through putting on a pillowcase.
• Video model of putting on a pillowcase.
• Personalized story of making a bed

To Differentiate:
• For beginner learners, embed voice hotspots to represent pillow, pillowcase, bed
• For intermediate learners, incorporate a choice board to target the function of objects (What do I sleep on? What do I put my head on?)

 

3. Fractions Introduction
Who is it for: Intermediate Learners
Targets:
• Introduction story on fractions
• Basics of ¼ and ½ fractions
• Distinguishing between what is a fraction

To Differentiate:
• For beginner learners, add a visual story to teach equal parts.
• For advanced learners, introduce more difficult fractions.

4. Receptive Identification Facial Features
Who is it for: Intermediate Learners

Targets:
• Facial identification including nose, lips, chin, cheeks, eyes, neck
• Auditory output to reinforce correct response

To Differentiate:
• For beginner learners, use outlined hotspots for receptive identification
• For advanced learners, incorporate choice boards to target functions of facial features represented

 

5. Introduction to the Water Cycle
Who is it for: Intermediate Learners
Targets:
• Introduction to the water cycle
• Evaporation and Precipitation visual story to further teach concept

To Differentiate:
• For beginner learners, incorporate videos to reinforce weather concepts within the visual story
• For advanced learners, incorporate a choice board to answer questions based on the visual store.

 

To import from the community library:
1. Navigate to the community library
2. Tap on the scene you want to import
3. Tap on the import button

Your scene is now located in My Library under My Downloaded Supports

 

Add the scene to your desktop:
1. Enter edit mode
2. Tap on the green plus sign to add scene
3. Add scene from My Library
4. Select the scene you want to add
5. Tap import

Your scene is now imported to your current location.
